A planning application has been submitted to restore and extend 3 locally listed cottages on Birmingham Road Blakedown. The cottages have been empty and unloved for some years so we intend to restore them to their former glory. The application also includes 3 new bungalows on land at the rear all with frontage to Swan Pool. If planning is successful the bungalows will be built in a contemporary design with rendered and cedar clad elevations to blend into their wooded surroundings.
